Styling Front armrest in Stilo MW JTD Actual?

Anyone knows how can I fit (modify) my Stilo so that I could instal front armrest. Italian Fiat dealer told me it couldn't be done without big modifications (110 EUR for armrest parts and 200-300 EUR for other parts). Any better idea?

The armrest in my dynamic is attached to the centre console just behind the handbrake. Not sure, but I dont think that you'd have the fixing points available if there wasnt an armrest at the factory [?]
