It wouldn't be void provided you told them in advance. Some include the cover free of charge, some apply terms, some charge extra. Give them a call and see what they say.

Be sure to advise them it's a factory approved accessory and only a lip spoiler.

rung them again, wont do it... sorry mate, really wanna mod my car, just cant do it, it would be void... so need standard skirts and spoiler still!!!

But this is the standard spoiler! The only way you would get a 'as left the factory' spoiler would be with new near rear glass etc for the screw holes etc etc - £££££££££.
