Bet you don't get many new members put a message on about feet!...lol
Ok,......We used to have a Renault Kangoo, and very nice it was, apart from it was underpowered, being a 1.2 petrol.
When time came to change cars we got a Doblo, and it was great! We had a 1.9 diesel, plenty of power.
During the time we had the Doblo I was having foot trouble. I even had a X ray! My foot was really aching and hurt. And strange enough, my Wife was also having trouble with her foot. Strange?

Anyway, Renault bought out a 1.6 manual, and so it was time to change again. We still have it and like it, but miss the space of the Doblo.
Also our foot problem as gone!

We are thinking about getting another Doblo but don't want the trouble with the feet back!...is this making sense? lol

So question is......has anyone else here ever get a bad foot with their Doblo.

BTW...its the excelerater foot.
This is NOT a joke...lol

never had a problem in my Doblo.
as xen says, it could be down to getting a good seating position and there's loads of options in a Doblo with the height adjustable seat and steering.
I have noticed that the throttle pedal is quite high off the ground, that could be the cause of it. Doesn't bother me as I have huge (size 12) feet :D .

When Mrs O first got hers I used to get a pain in my right leg when driving. Then, it went away. As we both use the seat in the same position if seems unlikely to have been that, but it could have been moved by a mechanic and we put it back slightly differently.

I have size 12 feet and as a courier sometimes drive as much as 3000 miles in one week and have never had any trouble with sore feet, compared to other vans I find the driving position in the doblo very good for long distance driving

Maybe it could be the high throttle position then?

Either that or just getting old! (n)

I can also report having had a sore right foot from driving the Doblo.
In my case being 6 foot 4in with long legs I feel I could do with the seat going back another inch. However, have found placing a half inch thick soft back book under the floor mat helps in my case.

This is the only niggle I have found after having the Doblo for nearly 3 years now - great car.:)

Cheers

I got 110.000 Km with Doblo 1.6 & never get any problem with my foot, may be the seating position not suitable ????
