Technical Folding mirrors question

I've got power folding door mirrors but they only fold using the switch on the drivers door with the ignition on.
With other cars I could either programme them to fold when I locked the car or by holding down the button on the key fob.
Does anyone know if there is a setting to do this?

I suspect it can be programmed somehow using software to access the car ECU. This is common practice for cars like BMW but has anyone done this for Fiat?

I think they operate only via the switch on the driver's door. I agree that it would be good if they folded when you locked the car. My wife's Peugeot does this. I would be interested to hear if you find a way to make the mirrors fold automatically.
