Hello fellow Cinquecento enthusiasts,
I have become the current custodian of my father's 59 500, a car he restored about 30 years ago and which remains in good and serviceable condition. I know precious little about these sweet little cars and I don't know how much utility it will have here in the Bay Area. My 66 Giulia Sprint GT Veloce is a "supercar" compared to Il Topo, as her license plate announces, and even it can be stressful to drive amidst the 300HP Camrys, completely disengaged Tesla drivers, and the remaining 6 out of 10 drivers who spend more time looking at the window on their phone than the one with the view of the traffic ahead.
I'm looking forward to learning more about our car, and yours in the future.
