I ordered an engine with FL autos in Lincolnshire and they have taken my money and surprise, surprise the engine hasnt turned up. Ordered it 1st april and still waiting. Was promised to get it Friday. Very charming on the phone, in hindsight a bit too charming, found them through breakeryard.com which has received complaints about this company but still have them on their books!!! Will see what happens on Monday. Seeing all the complaints about this "company" I just want my money back.

Hi I won't go into details but need to take this company to court.are they a proper company are they approachable

lol nope, nothing. I felt lucky to get a refund the way things where going. If it was my business id have done something to say sorry, sent something in the post or offered a choice of free part for my car.

Yes I did recieve a refund. I sent a letter asking for a refund that was agreed over the phone, with all the necessary details in the letter. Originaly I paid by direct debit, my refund was sent directly into my bank.

Can I ask did breakeryard.com refer you to FL Autos?

NEW Update- This company is still trading, never supply bad feedback on Breakeryard.com and are unbelievable..
I telephoned them after receiving my quote, asked before ordering if I could have a refund if it wasn't the right part, was told yes but now they have had the part back, refuse to give me a refund!
He swore and shouted at me on the phone asking me if I expected him to work for nothing!!
Sorry, I thought this was a business.....
All they offered me was a credit note - like I would buy from them again after all that !!! they are really bad...

i have dealt with F L Autos for years and years and have always found them to be a reputable company giving a very friendly and reliable service, i guess when you deal with as many customers as they do, theres always one arsehole!!!!
