Tuning FK automotive lowering springs

i have been toying with the idea of lowing my grande punto, ive seen that fk automotive site has there lowering springs down to £48.13 (£61.33 with P+P) just wondering if anyones used these spings before? do you think they are decent enough or just not worth a f**k.
