Panda (Classic) Fizzle :)

I have used a clay bar on mine to good effect, maybe the paint is already pretty clean?

I've been flatting and polishing the new paint on my Sisley for the last couple of days, holding a machine polisher at arms length at shoulder height when doing the roof is not easy at all and the worry of going through the laquer is even worse! On old paint that has been cut back a few times you have to be even more careful.

He just made me feel guilty after I'd washed Twizzle for the first time in an ages (looks better when trying to trade in), Twizz looked nice and shiny with bog all effort and Fizz just sat there looking dull and sad :(

Guilt tripped by a car!

I'm a right mug

Don't know what to do now, bought some posh carnuba wax stuff at the show last week and looking out at the drive itching to try it out I looked at Grumbleweed and thought 'you know what, it's just not helping there' and did the Peugeot.:(
Fizzle's a lucky lad.

What were you expecting it to do

It made a good job of taking the roughness off twizzle the mk3's paint, I was hoping it would've cut back fizzles paint a bit and save a bit of faff.

It was the texture of year old chewing gum so no suprise it didn't work well on fizz.

I'll run it over twizz if he stays with me soon, great for bird lime and tree sap residue that the wash brush won't shift.

Yes I use a wash brush! No dodgy sponge's or fancy snow foaming here :p

:yeahthat: clay is great stuff but you don't need to use it all the time. Just use it to clean off in the ingrained dirt out but takes a while before it needs doing again once done.

checkout this claybar from when i bought my cinq back, bear in mind this was after snowfoam and 2 hand washes of the car, and this is from after doing the first panel of the car!!

Thought I'd treat Fizzle to a pair of mud and snow tyres for the soft roading.

AndyPandy4x4 where do get yours from, drawn a blank from local tyre places.

My seicento steelies are running 145/70/r13

Panda steelies have 155/65/r13

I can fit either steelies on depending on availability of tyres.

Got a pair of 175/70 13 mud/gravel full rally spec Colways just lying in the garden. Not sure I'd fancy using them though, don't think they've ever been on a car but probably 20 - 30 years old.

I'm taking the bumper and splitter off complete tomorrow for the off roading bit of Panday (y)

So I need a new front bumper, I know someone posted a link to a supplier for one but I cant find it :(

Fizzle will look very hard with no bumper on tomorrow :slayer:
