fitting rear spolier help

Does anyone know how to fit the the rear spoiler as for sale in the link below?

Is it easy? or is drilling required or a bonding kit?

Any help/advice would be appreciated, as i would like to bid on it or the other(same) on ebay, but would want to fit my self.

Got this beaut on mine...but i paid £100 so £60 is a bargin!if its new...

This is an abarth spoiler, you can just glue these on, everyother person does, but i fixed mine with self tappers and then filled over the top of the self tapper then spraied it all.

But if you wanna do it quick and simply, just spray and glue!
