LHD drivers subframe is the way forward!

how does that change the height, its the metal part attached to the base of the car that is higher i reckon. might have been because the stock driver seat had a mechanism underneath to adjust height if needed so the passenger seat was raised slightly to counter this?? just a hunch but its still annoying:mad: :bang:

The drivers (Right hand) seat is height adjustable. Hence why the subframe is shorter.

Thus a left hand drive Punto with have the shorter subframe on the left side.

So if you have a RHD and a LHD drivers subframe, you have two short subframes.

Lol probably the best option all round - when your there buy a few bravo rear clusters as well coz they'll sell well on here, coz the the rear lights match (y)

Not being funny with you here, but you've kitted a punto so it looks awesome, you'vew got a standard GT engine in it, and your stripping the interior. You want to take it to track days, when you've spent a hell of alot of money on the outside too. So, why kit the outside if its for a track car thats got a completely standard engine? id just dont get the logic but if ive missed something then i do apologise!!!!

Its not completely standard.

Currently running 160bhp and 185lb/ft.

I am planning to do more work on the engine after the re shell, but that's the priority now. Engine can wait. As for the bumpers, they are easily replaced if damaged. But I don't plan on damaging them ;)

I don't want to go all out power because I don't want to lose the good acceleration I have by adding a huge laggy turbo.

Eventually I might even go 2.0 litre. But that's years off yet.

Thanks for your thoughts though ;)
