Well, what's the Boost gauge showing?
Its Boosting 1.1 - 1.2 , now ive ajusted it down to 0.9 seams to have sorted it .

Weird, I have exactly the same thing. It's probably your coil packs or spark plugs. They are under greater pressure on boost, making the problem worse. Try getting a second hand coild and trying it on each cylinder, and if that doesn't work, replace the plugs.
Would this not Hi light as a fault if you coil pack was faulty, as i have had it at a fault finders??
No, it won't show up as a fault on diagnostics or as a light on the dash. I fixed mine, turned out to be a faulty coil!
