Mine did exactly the same just 24 hrs after I picked it up. All the same engine failure lights and warning, stop start failure etc. I rang the dealer to see what was happening and got the usual fiat dealer response, the salesman who had been by pretend best mate for the last month could no longer give a s*#t and apparently it was just my fault for riding the clutch. I do admit that just before it happened I was sitting at a particularly steep set of traffic lights and may have inadvertantly ridden the clutch very slightly, but come on, I've been driving for 20 years and never had any clutch or gearbox problems so this many warning lights is surley overkill. Anyway I then tried speaking to the service dept who were polite but not much more helpful. I asked how serious the problem was and should I drive it the 30 miles to the dealer and their response was "its upto you" ! thanks a lot.
Anyway they said to leave it a couple of hours and it would probably reset itself, if it didnt then leave it overnight and it definatley should by then.
Cut to next morning and no change, still all the warning lights and messages so I decided to try a DIY fix and it worked!!!!!!!
Turn on the ignition and start the car - warning lights on etc
Turn off ignition
Turn ignition back on but DONT start engine, then turn off the StopStart with the switch on the dash
Start the engine and 'hey presto' no warning lights
With the engine still running, switch the StopStart back on and I've not had a problem since
Surely someone at Fiat has thought to try that and we could just be warned about it before picking our new car up and told the fix :bang:
