Hotly doing the rounds on twitter this evening is the youtube video of an over excited car dealer in America receiving the very first Fiat 500. Golling Fiat in Michigan.

Andi, that's the protective film/grease to stop the motor getting damaged in transit.

Bingo, some youtube viewers also commented on this. As Martyn states, only enough of the protective film was removed to allow them into the car

Aaah right I see, I'm used to seeing a type of protective film, but that looks so thin almost clingfilm thickness.

As I said it just looked like it was scratched.
