Technical Fiorino 1.7 TD winker repeater

Can anyone tell me how to remove the small winker/direction indicator repeater unit from the front wing of my 1.7 TD Fiorino van, to change the bulb. Thanks.

You have to slide it, and take it out on one side, but most times they brake due to age.....

I have two square led sidemarkers on my Fiorino:

Look at page 9, there they are, part #: SYSJ662E
Those led's wil last forever, and are inexpensive, and look good too!!
