General Finally Got My Alloys On!

Got some Bolts at the local scrappies, and finaly got my alloys on, but now my ride height feel horrible.... didn't know it would make that much difference tbh, but it definatly has...!

199 is the cheapest i've seen for a full suspension kit, both front and back, and it would make the alloys fit the arch and look uber cool and the handling and ****, BUT, does anyone know of anywhere cheaper?

Wonder if the handling is down to more than ride height. What wheels/tyres/spacers, etc?

Cosmetically, at least, needs lowering.

I was just thinking that some of the areas which affect handling when fitting new alloys are tyre profile, getting the fitted offset too far away from stock and so forth.

Actually looks like it's riding on sx suspension - unless it's parked on some crazy steep camber or something...

Does look atad high to be Sporting suspension..

I would perosonally say whack some Eibach springs on and be shocked at the difference

Yea but with the whole thing about nakering your suspension up with lowering springs, i maze well just save up for another couple of weeks, and get a full kit... And the fact that it would last me a long time too......

It'd certainly be better than it is at the moment although definately wouldn't go for the G-Max kit unless you really can't afford anymore..

The Eibach springs wouldn't break your existing dampers any more than std springs as they are only a -30mm drop..

Aye.

Eibachs are progressive too so you retain some sort of comfort.
