Ive seen a pic of this person car on the bravo forum, (who's ever car it is i hope u dont mind me using ur pic)

i recon the grill looks well gud and am going to attempt this meself. ive got another grill now and its time for cutting and filling but not exactly sure where to begin. is it best to use a fibreglass kit (seen em on ebay for bout £10) or just fill the bits i cut out.? im sure some peeps on here have done filing/smoothing befor.

here is a picture of the grill i have got so u can see whats involved.

I'm not sure how that one was done but in simple terms I would cut out what I did not want, use fibre glass to make up the framework and supports, then fill in and smooth off with P38.

You can get fibre glass kits from most motor factors shops for about £10 that will more than do that job and a 250ml tin of P38 will be less than £5.

It may be worth getting a tin of cellulose thinners as well as fibre glass can get messy;)
