This year’s newest and most exciting Italian event for vehicles of all ages

2024 marks 125 years since the launch of Fiat and the team behind Fiat Motor Club (GB) decided it was time to create an event which not only celebrated Fiat vehicles of all ages, but the achievements of other Italian designers, manufacturers and engineers.

Unlike many Italian events which are limited to an era or a marque, Fiats and Friends is open to every Italian vehicle from 1899 to present day including cars, electric vehicles, mopeds, commercial vehicles, campers and super cars.

With such a wide variety on display, Fiat Motor Club (GB) have set the goal of making history with the largest gathering of Italian vehicles in the UK…and would love to have you there to join them for the celebrations and help mark an important moment in history.

What’s planned for the day?

There will be club displays, Italian vehicle displays, displays of non-Italian vehicles in a special dedicated area and a whole host of other activities. Plus, the museum will be opening their doors and with hundreds of vehicles and artefacts inside; it truly is a memorable day out!

How do I buy tickets?

All sales are through British Motor Museum and no third party sellers have been authorised for this event.

The prices are £11 for exhibitor entry, £16 for visitor entry and £7 for children.
The price of the ticket includes both the event and access to the British Motor Museum.

How do I get on the forum stand?

Well firstly EVERYONE IS WELCOME and indeed the more the merrier - there's just a few things we ask of you:

  1. Please click the RSVP button at the top of this thread

    RSVP
  2. Fill in the Event Registration form found at the bottom of your account details.
    Register Vehicle

Link: How to guide on registering your vehicle
  3. Download the Stand Pass, fill in your username at the bottom, cut it out and remember to keep it hanging on your rear view mirror all day!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Does my ticket include museum entry?
  • Yes – it does! In fact, the tickets for this event are cheaper than a standard entry ticket on a non-event day.
  • Can I bring the family?
Absolutely! Our team pride themselves on creating safe and fun family events to ensure the love of our cars goes well beyond the next generation.
  • I am in a non-Italian car – can I show off my pride and joy?
Crucially unlike other Italian events held elsewhere, Fiats and Friends will welcome all car owners and will have a display area for ‘friends’ which will consist of non-Italian vehicles; ensuring the event has plenty on display for all attendees to admire.
  • Is the event fully accessible for those in a wheelchair or with a pushchair?
Yes – the museum prides itself on the accessibility and the car parks are flat – which makes navigating this event very easy.
  • Are dogs welcome at this event?
Dogs, on leads, are welcome in all outdoor areas. Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the museum including the indoor displays.
  • Is there a café or restaurant onsite?
Yes there is. There is a café inside the museum which serves all manner of delicious hot and cold food including vegan and gluten-free options. There will also be outside caterers for those looking for a ‘grab and go’ option.

That shouldn’t be a problem. The BMM is pretty well set up so they are used to trailers.

Best to either check with the museum direct, or the event team (via the FAQ section contact bit on www.fiatsandfriends.co.uk
).

Hi, Does anyone know how this event will be organised? Will it just be a random park up or will they group as models? I.e. unos with unos etc?
Thanks for any intel on this. Ed
Yes, all of the above. People going with the Fiat Forum will be in their area unless it's something special which may be pulled into an adjacent area. Clubs and groups who contacted us will be together - so for example I have just arranged something for the mk1 Puntos, Classic Pandas, 131's and 128's. What car are you taking & do you want to be in a particular group?

Don't worry though, all the Fiats which aren't in particular groups will be together and in pride of place. Even if you aren't in a group, within reason we can try to park you together - it will be much easier if we know in advance or you turn up together of course.

This won't help the Fiat Forum numbers but I/we will be attending with our Barchetta and Strada Abarth BUT as also a long standing Fiat Motor Club Members (long before FF was born) I/we will be on the FMC stand.

You are or course welcome to come over and find me and I'll also venture over to you as well :)

I can hear all the boos and hisses already!
