Ulysse Fiat uylesse economy mode pls help

Hi guys I recently purchased a fiat uylesse 03 plate from a friend. She said she had had a problem with the earth cable and had it fixed, this was back in December. The car has not really been run since. I managed to tow the car to my drive and started to have problems. When I put the key in ignition and turn it once it says economy mode active I then try to start the car but it try's but no joy. The wipers and indicators do not work but the fob and locking system works fine. I have checked fuses and all seem ok. There is however a cable that is not plugged in to anything which I have found out to be throttle sensor. Does this need to be plugged in to something. Unfortunately I don't know too much about cars but have the savi to do what ever help anyone can give. If I need to list anything to help you helpe pls ask. I appreciate any kind of reply , help anything many thanks guys

or failing that one of the Euro forums for the 806 / Synergie, as they are essentially the same vehicle..,

have you tried removing battery power overnight.. may just reset a mode.. but I can't help with the lead info I'm afraid,

Which engine ?,

if it's the 1910cc JTD the Stilo section has LOTS of engine info..,

Hi yes it is thanks I shall have a look, I have borrowed a microscan blue point code reader, I have plugged it in but now not even getting any communication from the car I have checked the fuse and that's ok, any ideas thanks again guys muchly appreciated
