Styling Fiat uno tuning grill

Hello, I'm interested in finding out more about this grill, it came on a fiat uno cabrio 1.3 turbo petrol that my dad bought in the early 2000s, by that time there were only 2 registered fiat unos in Lithuania, there's no part number or name of a manufacturer on the grill, so i thought I'd ask here.
