Technical Fiat Uno MK2 Engine Swaps

Hi there. Could anyone PLEASE help me with a question. I have a 1998 Fiat Uno MK2 and it has the 1100cc engine. Id like to fettle with it and I was thinking about putting side draught cards and making the 1100cc engine to 1200cc and reprofiling the camshafts. Do any of you think its a viable option? or shall I just do an engine swap? If an engine swap is an option, then what engine would fit directlt into the MK2 engine mounts? Will the Panda 100hp engine fit? please please help. Here in SA we dont have Fiat Tipo's.. so ya.. what about the palio engine? I want a 1.4l or a 1.6l... Thanks for any help.
