Yep it's genuine Fiat one, it's identical to mine which was fitted by the dealer as part of the deal. These are a very good piece of kit, a pain in the arse when you fit the swan neck as it gets a bit akward with the locking wheel on top of the locking arm.
P.S. keep it well greased up.
I looked in my boot and I can't see in mounting bolts that come thru' into the car like on the Brinks ones.

No cutting involved, tailgate still drops down, but only when swan neck removed. I stow mine with the spare wheel, always fit when travelling on motorways, if someones going to crash into the back then atleast tow bar will take most of the force.
Mine was fitted when I got the car new 6 years ago as part of the deal, never actually used it, they even fitted twin electrics for when(?) I tow a caravan.

Hi popped in my local scrapyard today there was a white weekend with towbar I already have one but seen as it was cheap he is taking it off for me tomorrow while I watch see how its fitted itl be lifted with fork truck and its a genuine fiat one far as I can see I should be able to sell it on recoup some money for the other one I bought theres still the mystery for me of the bracket on the chassis as in photo posted earlier maybe all will be revealed tomorrow.
