fiat punto radio problem

hi there, guys i have a problem wit the radio in my fiat punto 2004 model. Standard radio with CD player.
When i switch off the ignition in approx 5-10 minutes radio goes on and stays on . It does it all the time and makes me sick .Are u guys have any idea how to fix it ?? Spoken to the fiat dealer and they told me that they never heard of that problem . many thanks

The radio has never been modified , never taken out of the car . Has been working fine for the past 8 years.
