My car has until recently been my learner car so i previously had L plates on it, underneath the plates the paint has bubbled a bit and some the paint has came off completly, i own a Fiat Punto 1999 MK1 Sporting 16v Dark metalic blue and do not know how i'd get this fixed before my bonet becomes rusty so i need help please.

Hey Stevoo!
One quick solution could be to use a paint stick? primer first then the nearest colour match to your model. Fiat usually do them but depends if you want a temp fix till you can get it done properly if it's worth it? Have not seen your car so don't know if paint on bodywork is mint or not.May not look brilliant overall but will do the job. Hope this helps anyway
