I've done all that thinks and it's work!!! Yuppi!
Now I find it 2 small places when the coolant its run away from my "cool" system its like from under radiator both of sides but is just very slow driping. In the monday I will buy the special liquid to lock the gaps. £12 cost of 500ml bottle !
The engine is run smoth but sometimes I hear some noise under the engine cover.
Next my job is the bloody clutch shssssshhhhhhsshhshs-noise inside!
Big time for change!

Head gasket Set-18.99+vat
Timing belt -10.00+vat
Ignition Leads Silicone-9.50+vat (4x)

Brake Fluid 1Litr-2.45+vat
Engine Oil 10W40- 5Litr-10.87+vat
Water pump-12.50+vat

All jobs which I've made was cost me £170.00 still cheap

Am crazy!!! I've brought another Punto White Nreg 1.1 55s 5dr for £150!
Maybe I will need some parts from him but he is still in good condition & everything is working!
Just few scratches and battery gone.
I start to do some job if is valueable I keep him for drive if not I will selling parts on ebay
My Punto run good but I can hear some noise from the engine cover
Any ideas what can be that???

hiya am new to forum but need help real bad
have a fiat punto 1.2 8v started overheating real bad so found out we had a cracked cyclinder head changed all that new cyclinder head new gasket, water pump started to run it last nite and just over heated again have took themostat out the fan is kicking in, gave it a clear out so there was no air locks and still no joy really doin our heads in:bang: can anyone help please

Have you done a "Search" for over heating.
Lots to read.
Did you bleed with the heating set to max?
Both bleed points used?
