Tuning fiat punto mk1

hi all, im new to this, but ive got a punto mk1 and im wanting to fit a new cold air intake to it, but im not sure what is the best place to put it. can someone please help.

And also can someone recomend some cheap tuning idea's

Are you wanting to run a cone filter/induction kit For the cold air feed? and the only way to tune it cheep is by giveing a good service with decent oil plugs ECT.
