your just about there.. Just the level at the end - it should be between max and min when hot and when cold basically. It will go up a bit with heat so once you have been through a warm up and cool down it should be near the max line but not on or over it. You can then check when its at operating temp that its not overfilled.
If you find it overfilled let it cool down and take out the rad bleed screw and let some water out from there, this way you won't get any air back in the system so no need to bleed the other screw for this.
