Pretty much my thoughts, I only went on ebay to find a set of steel wheels for mine, this is well up on the top list of panda's i would part a wedge of money for.
A truly usable classic panda.

I'd be a bit more concerned about:-
"The car has only covered a couple of miles since build"
"Just needs Tax and Mot".
I prefer the Panda which has appeared in classifieds 
After all that work, I think he should keep the car and put the ungrateful daughter on ebay!

I had a panda cull....like the matching blue mohair roofs??..
I drove a few hindered miles to pick those wheels up too. The car started on the button every time. Sold a few at the time for a lot less than they are worth now! Two 4x4's for the price of one 4x4 gearbox! Great car and I would recommend it highly. I would have bought it straight back if I had not just bought the ST.

I do, I wanted to buy a set to tidy up and paint then swap over with some good tyers
The engine change hasn't been made on the V5, and seller doesn't think it will go through an mot without a cat. Horn & washers don't work apparently.
