Fiat Idea Door Lock

I need to replace a single drivers door lock (so that the previous key will not open the door) - a non ignition key (has no anti theft device thingy) was stolen from the car and the car is now the constant target of the person with the door key - I asked at a Fiat Dealership and the damage looked to be somewhere in the region of £700 as it required full lock packs etc etc etc.

If anyone knows whether this can be done and any possible way how, I would be really greatful to hear from them or any advice really.
