Grande Punto fiat grande punto 2009 driving me bonkers :(

Hi everyone totally new to this forum business so be kind to me..having probs with the rear washer on my fiat grand punto..no water coming out, motor still working as it still acts as though water is coming out when i try to operate it have blasted it with compressed air to no avail...have no idea how to get into the pipes...anyone able to help a maiden in distress....with dirty windows!! much appreciated :worship:

I'll bet the hose is broken where it passes through the rubber between the body and the boot lid. Are there any damp patches?

This is just a stab in the dark because my bf isn't familiar with your make of car, but....
- is the washer fluid line pinched or kinked anywhere in the trunk?
- and is the fluid coming from the main tank in with the engine or does it have it's own reservoir in the trunk....apologies for suggesting it may need refilling....just throwing it out there trying to be helpful....
