He bought a full key kit, modules, ecu, lock, dash everything need for the key has its programmed, changed all this and still immobiliser lock key on dash, turns over doesnt fire, anyone got a clue?

What is the history of the issue?
Has it got four good compressions? Reason I ask is they were one of the first with freewheeling crank sprocket and I saw a garage where I got my MOTs do head off and new valves twice on same engine after not replacing with new bolt etc. during cam belt job.
Sorry, didn't read fully re immobiliser light still on.Duh! ;)

Did it include the BCM as well as the ECU in the "kit", with older cars you could get away with the basic chipped keys and ECU , but newer stuff stores the cars Vin Number etc. plus vehicle specific details , so not always possible to change electronics as a "kit".

What testing have you done?
Have you changed/checked the receiver thing that goes round the starting ignition to make sure no broken wires.
Checked battery voltage?

Why have you done what you’ve done so far, what testing have you one? What lead you o believe changing the parts that you have would fix it.

Done all that, replaced all modules for key, still immobilised
