Hi I have a Fiat Ducato Autoroller747 Motorhome. The fridge in the motorhome is not working and I am in Turkey at the moment, can anybody suggest what we can do or any tips how to fix it. Thanks

Perhaps some details of the fridge would help with diagnosis. Is it compressor, 3 way, or AES. If one of the latter two, on which energy source is it failing?

Hi it is a 3 way, Thetford N4000 series model A, it is not working on gas or electric even though lights are on. Thanks

If not working on any energy source and 12V control supply is available as confirmed by lit indicator lights, then this unfortunately suggests a faulty control board. As a standby you could consider a 12V coolbox.

Is it getting hot at the back on electric or lighting on gas and getting hot? If so, the evaporator has a hole and the refrigerant has escaped.

If it isn’t getting warm on either, agree with Communicator, your control board is stuffed.
