From the downloads section. Unless I have missed something, the manual will not help with part numbers. Depending on age of vehicle, you may have more success with ePER. See top of page for both items,)

People keep asking about this on various downloads, they seem to miss the orange download button at the top.

I'll see if I can make it a bit more obvious.

Hi Ben! I click the orange download button for this manual, it gives another page with a confirmation, ‘ Do you want to download’ etc… Press the download button and it brings you back to the original page with the orange download button.
Could this be because I have only just registered on the forum, or is there a glitch?

Hi Andy,

Welcome to the forum. I have just tried twice without problem.

Click Downloads, then at left of page click Fiat Commercials, Ducato.
On page 2 click on the manual. You have a choice of two versions, original German, or English translation.
When I downloaded previously some diagams and text had been corrupted in the translation process. Also wiring diagrams missing from English translated version.

Thank you for your reply Communicator. Yep, I followed that procedure but keep being brought back to the screen with two manual options. I'm using an iPad if that is of any relevance.

Surely the next steps would be to select one of the options and download? Having previously scanned through the translated English version, I think that you may need to use both versions in parallel .

Nothing so posh as an iPad here, just a 10 year old Samsung laptop with Firefox running under Windows 10.
