Technical Fiat Ducato 2010 gear box

My 2010 Fiat Ducato gear box only works in first and second gear will reverse and de rates the motor.
All I done was replace rear bumper/ light bracket the motor home was working fine before that .

I can't see how it could be related.

What kind of gearbox is that? Manual? Comfortmatic? Not sure what you had available in NZ

You've replaced the bumper following some kind of accident?
