General Fiat Ducato 2006 model 244 sun visor

Hello everyone
My sunvisor is not designed to swivel to cover the door window, and the low sun is annoying

Has anyone found a swivel sunvisor to fit this model, if so could I please have a link

At the moment I am using an old fold out map, to block the sun
I push about half inch, over the top of the window, and then close the window

This very low tech method works, as it blocks the sun, without obstructing the door mirror

Don't have much problem with the sun in Ireland

I've seen tinted wind deflectors and 35% tint on the windows in france.
