having problems with my motorhome guys it seams that theres a lack of oil going to the head ......on removal of rocker cover the cam had slight rust on it also theres a knocking kinda noise coming from it .....i think that will be from the lack of oil to the head .....ive tryed google for same problems and i cant find anything on the net thats related to oil pressure problems can anyone help thanks

If its beend standing the oil pump has probably lost all its oil and will need to be primed.
