Start with the key code. The engine will not start with the key symbol displayed. A possible fix is to access the code receiver under the steering column, remove connectors, apply contact cleaner spray, and replace. While in there good idea to check antenna resistance via smaller connector. Expect a resistance of 30 to 40 ohms.,

A leaking injector could prevent fuel rail reaching minimum pressure. A leak off test would expose a faulty injector.

Hi thanks for your reply I have had a new key made i also, had the rewritten and delated the mobiliser from ecu replaced suction control valve im not sure. The key code still appears as I haven't scanned since e.C u has been rewritten

Has it been running correctly in your possession? Or did you get it as a non runner?

P1320 is hinting a problem with either the cam position sensor signal or the crank position sensor signal.

P0190 described on your photo and likely to cause no pressure in hp fuel rail and even if pressure in rail the ecu cant read it.

If the 5volt sensor supply is common to the cam sensor and fuel pressure sensor and is "missing" that would explain both codes.

Assuming the ECU has been correctly "de immobilsied" why is it still showing that it needs the key code?
As @Communicator says, unless that job has been done correctly then until the key code comes on with ignition and goes off before trying to start the engine then you are "flogging a dead horse" with no chance of starting regardless of any other issues.
Many years ago I had a Iveco Daily crew cab 35C13 of a similar age and engine to your Ducato 2.8 common rail Sofim engine, the chip in the key had been lost (long story) so engine would not start, Iveco dealers even back then wanted over £1000 to maybe fix, after I had towed it 30 miles to them.
No one locally could fix, but in the end I found a company who could "de immobilise" the Bosch MS6.3 Ecu the vehicle used, I sent it up to the company and a few days later it returned total cost £137 from memory.
The critical part they mentioned was before refitting to vehicle I must totally disconnect the Antenae ring around the ignition switch and unplug it from the box it led too and any other wires from that box that led back to the ECU, the van started perfectly and had no issues all the time I owned it.
If that was not done in your case then there is every chance the "de immobilised ECU" is trying to wrongly identify your key and failing to start.
Did the company give you any advise on refitting ECU?

Hi i did plug in the ecu before disconnecting a mobiliser didn't not crank engine until a mobiliser was disconnected.is this a problem??

Quite possibly, the ECU specialist should have told you this.
It depends, if he was trying to totally remove the immobiliser, which is what I had done, as although I had the correct ignition key, I didn't have the chip that fits in the key. Unbeknown to me when I bought the vehicle from auction directly from the Water Board, it turned out the Water Board got fed up with their drivers snapping the expensive chipped keys, so they took the chip out and tied it to the antenae ring that would normally sit around the ignition barrel and then repositioned it behind the speakers on the dashboard, it was then cheaper for them to get a basic key cut for their drivers. When I bought the vehicle I drove it fine 30 miles home, then as it was filthy I got my commercial steam cleaner and gave the whole thing a really good blasting, this then blew the chip away. I only found out what they did re the chip and antenae ring when I spoke to their workshop to try and get their spare keys if possible.:(
So in my case there was no chip.
The ecu specialist told me over the phone to disconnect all wiring related to the computer talking to the chip as I mentioned earlier. This was all done with the battery disconnected and then I removed the ECU sent it to the specialist , got it back, refitted ECU, reconnected the battery and then started the vehicle straightway with the basic key with no chip in it.All good.:)
If on the other hand your ECU guy was trying to "Virginise" your ECU so that it would then read your "chipped key" assuming it was undamaged then he may have wanted you to leave all the other stuff connected.
Personally I just wanted a simple reliable truck so I was happy to do it the way I did and it gave me the option to have as many keys as I wanted cheaply cut at local key shop with no stupid chip issues.
A small point if vehicle is later stolen then insurance company may decide not top pay out.:(
Hope all that makes sense and is down to what the ECU specialist was meant to be doing.;)
If the antenae ring and associated wiring had been removed then even if a damaged chipped key was in the ignition it couldn't transfer any details back to the ECU, so as in my case the truck just started as a non immobiliser type ECU.
Finally on my Iveco Daily 2.8 JTD with same age engine as fitted to your Ducato I see according to my books , mine had a Bosch MS6.3 ECU where as your probably has the EDC 15C7, but principles should be the same.
