Left hand side of cab, fuse block under cover(remove 2 screws to remover cover)
Fuse number 33 - top fuse of right hand column of fuses 7.5amp.

What is the problem you are having?
Or if your van x230 body , fuses in/behind glove box

Don't rule out bulbs that look 100% fine.......yesterday I was working on an old transit , both reversing bulbs looked new (filaments intact) but they had both failed invisibly. Two new bulbs and clean of contacts for good measure- job done.
Plus your fog lights should only work when headlights on too plus on low beam.
