Hey. Ducato cuts out when accelerating. It happens when motor is warm and you accelerating and rpm is around 2500. Fault code is P0191. Fuel rail pressure sensor
and fuel pressure regulator is replaced. I used multiecuscan and rail pressure isn't dropping. When the fuel pressure regulator goes 98% the engine cuts out. Motor cuts out like its turned off from the key. It starts immediately after that. So do you guys have ideas what i should try next.

Mine was doing that just recently. Did your engine light came on too when it happend?

Yes. when I fully step on the gas in 4th gear, the red engine warning light comes on and the engine cuts out. Turn the key back while driving and wait a few seconds and it starts again immediately. I have found the problem in the meantime, the injector of cylinder 1 returned too much diesel, which meant that it could not reach the requested rail pressure so quickly. wise to have the diesel return from the injectors tested, just a few minutes work.
