Hi guys, so where to begin, i bought this chroma as second car to go to work, i do daily fastroad trips, 18 km each day to work and then back, one day we went on longer trip like 180 km, and on way back warning light came on, car was going fine and we came home, i checked with my obd2 reader and torque light, and it said "EGR flow too low", i cleared fault, opened egr and it was bit dirty, cleaned all and mounted back, i start car and go on test ride, all fine till i got engine temp on normal, then it just pised it self and no power at all, no warning lights nothing.
Normal step i went to one workshop for checkup, they had done only software diagnose and said the dpf is blocked like 80 percent and wanted for change of old one to new one like same price i paid for car, i go to second workshop and they check it, second opinion was that turbo is not properly sealed and it should be changed "price 1500+" and then to check for other errors, as the car was not paid too much, is there some known errors that could cause my problems, and what i could alone check on it.
Till now i checked egr walve, it had plate with 4 hooles on it, it was dirty but working properly, i checked hoses from inlet airfilter box to turbo, there is no cuts on any, i moved turbo propeler with hand, there is no play axialy or horizontaly, it spins freely....what more could i trybe before i write it off and send it to junkjard...in blocked dpf i dont belive so much, becouse when i disconect flow meter sensor, car runs when warm and only makes alot of smoke on full gas, i checked sensor on inlet, dont know how its called, i think something like preasure sensor or so, it was so much glued with sot that i took alot of time removing it, cleaned it with carb cleaner and put it back but same....so pls i need some opinions"!`?:worship:
