helllo every1 i bought a fiat coupe 2ovt a while ago and i love it to bits!! brilliant car that keeps up with some of the latest hot hatchs of today.. but i got 1 problem! my manifold has got a crack in it :-( so i need a replacement one, i wanted to know if the fiat bravo hgt 20v has the same manifold as my fiat coupe 20vt?? any help would be great thankz

No, the manifolds are completely different. The 20v turbo version is much shorter than the 20v NA version as it has to bolt onto the turbo.

This lot might help. But a manifold isn't cheap..coupe manifolds come in 3 flavours: cracking..cracked and thinking about cracking...

Best to get the "latest revision" from fiat second hand "Try FCCUK forum" then get it modified so it doesn't crack. Full details how to do this are on FCCUK.
Failing that theres a guy on there to makes Stainless ones but they come and go in limited supply.

I'm afraid the manifold for the 20VT modified with the split will still crack eventually, but fear not help is at hand. There's a fiat coupe club member who fabricates stainless steel manifolds, [I have one] & they seem to last & they are much lighter than the OE, so an added wee bonus. I paid £200 plus p+p but I think they've went up in price slightly. Still a bargain in my view.
He goes by the name FccK2000.

Eh, not exactly, maybe I misread what you were referring to. I was under the impression that you meant by having the 5th manifold split from the rest, this was the latest revision for the manifold, but as we all know still cracks eventually. Maybe I read this wrong or maybe you wasnt all that clear Either way the original poster will be in no doubt now

Well sods law mines cracked. I don't think welding it up for the 4th time will be productive. Time to invest in a stainless one .
