feck! Wish i knew the output of mine! think ill do a few hundred miles and keep and eye on the compression and if all looks good ill get it on the dyno for a tune up and a power graph

Yeah especially when you hit around 3600/140lbft mid corner & suddenly the chassis just loses the plot. It needs to drop another 5 or 10lbft off peek & push it another 500 to 1000 rpm up the rev range.

yesterday was cruising at 65mph on a damp M62 squeezed the throttle a bit to make a safe lane change but lit up the front tyres instead and started heading with the camber for the hard shoulder.

In all honesty I've never had real traction issues in a straight line unless you're idiot clumsy with the throttle or just provoking the car. My problem is more weird handling issues under hard acceleration while cornering. It's almost like the car loses the ability to control the wheels properly, things like you get understeer at or near full throttle instead of backing off the throttle increasing the steering lock often causes the car to gain grip & turn much tighter, typically too tight.
