I have a 1.4 12V bravo and would like to know if it’s possible to put on a 16V head?

I'm not sure there was ever another head for the 1.4, it was quite a short lived engine being dropped in favour of the 1.2 16v. The 1.2 is a completely different engine so the head is highly unlikely to be compatible. It would probably be simpler to buy another Bravo with another engine.
There is very little information on the 1.4, it seems to stand on its own, a 1.2 FIRE variant or a 1.6/1.8 128 engined Bravo is favourable.

Agreed - the 1.4 12v was from the "modular" (Pratola Serra) engine series which included the 1.8 Bravo/Brava and (with VVT) 1.8 Barchetta/Punto HGT engine, the later Alfa twin sparks, and (with another cylinder) the 20v fives. Plus a variety of diesels. It would take some detective work to find a head that fitted (and what capacity you would end up with would be another issue)....big project!
