I bought an Xtrons unit from Hong Kong, designed to fit the Bravo dash. It came with a cable that married the Fiat ISO cable with the radio socket, also other cables for cameras etc. It also came with the Cambus box for Fiat, to allow a plug and play. The buttons on the steering wheel work, but you cannot play the radio with the ignition off. With a fairly high current drain when working, probably not a bad idea, I guess. You can buy cables from them, but your head unit might not take the correct plug.
