Hi,
Which engine?
The correct way to do it is to use Multiecuscan (MES) www.multiecuscan.net or similar.
With most Fiat Petrol models it will go off on it's own eventually. On Diesel engine models with a DPF it will eventually go into lim mode and may damage the DPF.
There is a "pedal pushing" method that may work, use it at your own risk
1-turn on the ignition key,
2-press the accelerator pedal and hold it,
3-press the brake pedal 7 times without releasing the accelerator pedal,
4-keep pressing the accelerator pedal for 60sec.
5-Release the accelerator pedal and turn of the ignition key,
6- Wait for 60sec.
Then turn on the ignition key and start the engine. Check if the service/oil change light turned off.

Thanks for that, I tried it and it did not work. Its a Diesel Fiat Bravo.

Thanks

Steven

Thanks for this - this very precise process actually worked on my son's 2.0 Turbo Diesel Bravo (2009). Oil change light now off - well pleased, thank you!
