hi all ive got a 2018 500x and my usb port has stopped working,i cant locate the dashboard fuse box,any help please thanks

It's behind the glovebox, but you need to remove the glovebox to get at it. 5 screws hold it in place, 3 at the top and 2 at the bottom then a sharp tug will release it but be aware the glovebox light connection is there to so go easy. It won't be your fuse if your climate control and reverse sensors are working but check your handbook.
My usb as packed in on my 65 plate 500x but I have power to aux connection so am thinking it's the connector come loose at back but don't know how to remove the usb/aux port.
I would also advise you to get it in under warranty with it being an 18 plate.
