I have a 2013 Fiat 500l. 4 months ago went into garage with error - needed new Oil Pump. Then it transpired it needed a new Chain and feed, paid for that to be told the sump was cracked, lots of damage and needed a replacement engine. £2k later it has a replacement engine fitted. On this he fitted the new chain and feed Id previously paid for. So it keeps coming up with Error P0520. and Stop/Start is disengaged. It also had an oil leak that took 3 returns to Fix. The engine seal has been replaced and the leak appears to have been fixed. But the error is back. Mechanic has said an injector has failed and that didn't come as part of the replacement engine. They cant be swapped, it had to keep the original injectors. Now I'm not sure if this is true. is it? can anyone advise please I have a receipt for a replacement engine that is warrantied for 6 months - i feel i have already spent more that i could afford and just want it right. can anyone please give me and direction - i don't want to go through a legal route ive no fight in my belly - but would appreciate direction on how i can get this fixed - Thanks in advance - ps - its alleged that the sensor has been swapped
