500 (Classic) fiat 500 front seat removal

Hi can anybody give me some advice on how to remove the front seats on my 1972 fiat 500, i can not see any bolts the runners appear to be fixed to the floor,

The runners are spot welded to the floor. If you just need to remove the seats with runners in place then just hold down the adjustor and move the seat forward & off the runners.
