General Fiat 238e parts

I recently have bought a fiat 238e camper, i want to repair the body, but i need a left rear wheel arch. Do anybody know where i can find this? Or do anybody have a 238 for spareparts?

I'm from belgium, sorry for my bad english, i do my best!
