My steering wheel and ignition switch are locked up. It happened about a year ago so my car has not started yet...
I know i have to flush the fluids out of the car but what do I do about the ignition switch locked up? Do I have to buy a new ignition switch or is it something else? Thanks for any input!

If you unplug the ignition switch, then cover the carpet/surrounding area - then flood the keyhole with wd40 or similar (I am assuming the key can be removed) then put the key back in and wiggle it a bit, remove the key, re flood the key hole and repeat utill the key turns...You should find bits of old grease come out the key. When you can turn the key (not sure if the 124 is the same) you should be able the remove the whole lock, by turning the key to the first click then pushing a thin screwdriver into one of the holes on the lock casing. You can then remove the last of the hard grease, clean it up, re grease and refit.
