I have an FI 124 in which all the hoses are rotted. I have no issue with the rest of the various kinds of clamps, however these collars that are located all over the FI system are killing me, let alone on a barbed hose end. I've tried heating them up, as well as taking an angle grinder to them, to no avail. HELP. I think I can already hear(read?) bugsymike coming to the rescue.

All I can suggest is to remove as much of the remaining hose material in one small area then attack the rim lip with a pair of strong side cutters. Cut at 90 degrees to the rim lip and nibble your way down.

Alternatively use a 'junior' hack saw and cut from the rim lip down to the base of the clip. Do this on the side which still has hose material present to protect the plastic underneath.

Either method is going to required patience and tenacity. Suspect the hack saw will be the quickest. Getting a firm grip/mounting in a vice might prove to be equally challenging so as to not damage the item.

I assume the original hoses were crimped in place?
If no longer available it may be possible to get a hydraulic hose specialist using fuel resistant hose to use their equipment to crimp new pipes correctly, I am guessing there is a securing nut /pipe with olive at the fuel rail?
It is not something I have had to repair over the years, so no specific knowledge.

Trying this out tonight. Will keep you guys updated.
